Training and Mentoring

Mentoring young ladies has been the core of my life's purpose for the past 20 plus years. Within those years I have experienced some highs and lows of mentorship. As a mentor in my community and church, I take my influence seriously and strive to live my life in a manner in which others can follow. While understanding that Mentorship requires more than telling others what to do, it's providing wisdom to bring others to a point of clarity and authenticity. Mentoring is a gift and requires commitment to seeing others through their individual seasons. What works for one may not work for another. It takes patience and active listening to address problems and challenges in order to help guide others in finding the best path and purpose. What better way to train girls to become young ladies than to offer etiquette training and mentorship.
