Inner You: confident Coaching

With a background in Mental Health Counseling and Professional Coaching, our coaches provide a personalized high performance coaching experience for my clients through one-on-one 60 minute Confidence Sessions. Mère Confidence is for teen girls and women. Confidence Coaching helps you increase your confidence in many life and career contexts. I work with teen girls and women who are experiencing major challenges with low self-esteem and/or experiencing major or difficult life transitions.  

Duration of Sessions: 60 minutes 

Clientele: Teen Girls (11-17yrs) and Women (18yrs and up). 

Confidence has long-term effects on our behavior, our achievements, and our life paths.
